This recently built apartment, with capacity for five people, is located right on the seafront in the heart of Puerto de Pollença, offering unobstructed views of the bay.
Situated on the first floor of a modern building with a lift, it provides a comfortable and well-equipped space for a functional stay in one of the most sought-after areas in the north of Mallorca. The interior is thoughtfully laid out, featuring an open-plan living and dining area that connects to a spacious terrace facing the sea.
Thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows, natural light floods in throughout the day, allowing guests to enjoy the view from almost anywhere in the apartment.
The kitchen is fully equipped, suitable for both short and extended stays. There are three bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with two single beds that can be joined to form a double, and a third with a single bed.
Two full bathrooms are available; one with a shower and the other with a combined bath and shower.
The apartment has air conditioning in all rooms and the living area, as well as complimentary WiFi. The beach is located just opposite the building, across the promenade, so reaching it only requires crossing the street.
There is no private parking space available on the property.
While parking is not permitted along the promenade in front of the building, free parking can be found on nearby streets, and there are also public car parks, both free and paid, in the area. Bicycles are not allowed to be stored inside the apartment or in the building’s common areas such as corridors, entrances, shared terraces, or patios. Sitting on the large balcony on comfortable settees, in the sun or shade, looking at the most beautiful view.

The location is fabulous, across from beach with excellent views.
The property however is not as described- certainly not ‘new’ and not properly clean. Furnishings are stained, some items broken (toilet brush, bottom drawer, bins) and worst of all the smell of drains from the second bathroom made it unusable..and made the whole apartment smell bad.
