Son Paulo is a charming Mallorcan-style country house in the quiet village of Búger and offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. The property has a lovely terrace with a 5 x 3 metre pool, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days. For al fresco dining, there is a table for 6 where you can enjoy meals prepared on the barbecue. A cosy seating area with sofas and armchairs provides a relaxing place to read a book or enjoy a drink with your loved ones while enjoying the tranquil surroundings.
Inside, the house retains its rustic Mallorcan charm while offering modern comforts. On the ground floor you will find a cosy living room where you can relax and stream your favourite shows via Netflix or other apps (note: there is no satellite TV). The living room is directly connected to the dining area and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing home-cooked meals. On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, as well as underfloor heating for colder winter days.
On the upper floor you will find further double bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning, as well as another bathroom with shower. Son Paulo is just a 20-minute drive from the stunning beach of Alcudia, renowned for its crystal clear waters and long stretches of white sand, and offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern amenities. Please note that the gardener may need to pass through the house during your stay for pool and garden maintenance. Appointments can be arranged to minimise disruption.
