Villa Son Forteza was completely renovated in May 2023 following a change of ownership.
The house features new furnishings, modernized sanitary facilities, as well as thermal insulation in the roof and walls to ensure high living comfort and improved energy efficiency year-round.
Furthermore, a ventilation system has been installed in all rooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with an osmosis system for treating drinking water.
