Villa Brivo is a modern and elegantly furnished accommodation located in the rural heart of Sencelles, Mallorca.
This cozy villa is designed to offer a perfect holiday experience for families and groups of up to 6 people. With 160 square meters of interior space and a 7000 square meter plot, the villa features 3 comfortable bedrooms, including 2 double beds and 2 single beds.
One room is located on the first floor.
There are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, ensuring comfort for all guests. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including a refrigerator, washing machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine.
The living area has a television with channels in Spanish, English, and German, and satellite TV services. The exterior of the villa is a true paradise.
It features a private 80 square meter terrace, garden, garden furniture, barbecue, and a private 8x4 meter swimming pool.
The plot is fenced, offering privacy and security. The location is ideal, just 4 km from the village of Sencelles, with nearby supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes.
The beaches of Muro and Son Serra de Marina are about 35 km away, and Son Sant Joan Airport is at the same distance. Additional features include air conditioning throughout the house, central heating, WiFi, iron, radio, and a DVD player.
Please note that pets and groups of young people are not allowed. IMPORTANT: * All additional payments and online check-in procedures are managed via instant messaging, outside the platform. * All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday accommodations must pay the tourist tax.

My family and I had a fantastic time staying at Can Brivo villa. The rooms were well decorated and spacious. The external areas of the Villa were great including the pool area which is where we spent most of our time.
The only issue we had was with Ants and Wasp nests. The landlord quickly came to ...
