It also includes WiFi, air conditioning and heating throughout the house, satellite TV (Spanish, English, German), and a workspace with a desk and chair, perfect for those who need to work remotely during their stay.
The modern, fully equipped open-plan kitchen has a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, as well as all the necessary utensils, including a coffee maker, toaster, and kettle.
Note: Access to the property requires climbing stairs, as there is no elevator.
