Son Palanca is a spectacular rural villa located in Sineu, in the heart of Mallorca, surrounded by nature and tranquillity. A privileged environment to disconnect from the daily rhythm and enjoy the pure air of the island, either with family or friends. This finca elegantly combines the charm of the rustic Mallorcan style with the modern comforts we look for in an unforgettable holiday.
The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people in its 5 spacious bedrooms. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms: one with two single beds and one with a double bed. Upstairs there are three more bedrooms, all with twin beds, heating and air conditioning for maximum comfort. The house has two modern bathrooms, both with shower and toilet.
The interior of the house stands out for its warmth and brightness. It has a cosy living room with soft sofas and armchairs, a dining room with satellite TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook comfortably, located next to the old fireplace that adds a touch of history and character.
The exterior of Son Palanca invites you to enjoy the surroundings: outdoor dinners under the awning, relaxing moments in the armchairs, sunbathing on the sun loungers... and of course, a large private pool, perfect for cooling off and enjoying the peace that this unique property has to offer.
In addition, the property has private parking space, guaranteeing comfort and security throughout your stay.

In order to respect the environment and to encourage responsible use of resources, the cost of electricity is not included in the price of the accommodation.
A fixed charge of €18 per day for electricity consumption will apply, to be paid on the day of arrival in cash to the owner.
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge this, in this case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- A refundable deposit is charged.
- Parties are not permitted.
- In order to comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
