Casa Caülls is a spacious and welcoming villa located in a quiet residential area of Marratxí, just 15 km from the center of Palma.
With a total area of 800 m² and 220 m² built, it offers an ideal setting for a family vacation, combining comfort, privacy, and proximity to the island's main points of interest.
The property has 5 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.
It features 3 bathrooms: one with a bathtub and two with showers, facilitating stays for large groups.
The house is equipped with heat pump heating and air conditioning in all rooms, ensuring year-round comfort.
From its garden with a private pool and barbecue area to its comfortable terraces and fenced outdoor spaces, everything is designed for enjoyment and relaxation.
The accommodation also includes Wi-Fi, satellite TV (Spanish, English, German), outdoor furniture, a balcony, outdoor parking, and a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances and utensils: refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and juicer.
