This cosy and modern accommodation of 130 m² offers privileged views of the natural park of S'Albufera and the well-kept garden that surrounds it. For the sake of tranquillity and respect for the environment, groups of young people under 30 years of age are not accepted, except for families with children.



The villa is located just 300 m from the beach of Muro, one of the most valued on the island for its white sand and crystal clear waters, and just a few metres from all services: supermarkets, restaurants, ATMs and the weekly market.



It has a pleasant outdoor space with garden, furnished terrace, barbecue and private swimming pool, perfect for relaxing in the sun. The interior is equipped with free WiFi, air conditioning in the living room and several bedrooms, heating by heat pump, satellite TV (Spanish, English, German), hairdryer and iron.



The independent kitchen, with ceramic hob, has everything you need: fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, juicer and more.
