Finca Tito and Yaya in Alcudia
This beautiful finca of 1.700 m² offers comfortable and spacious accommodation of 160 m², ideal for families or groups of up to 7 people. It has 4 spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped independent kitchen and all the comforts for an unforgettable stay.
The finca has an extensive private garden, a 300 m² terrace perfect for relaxing or enjoying outdoor meals, a barbecue for your gatherings and a cosy fireplace for the cooler evenings. There is also a covered parking space for your convenience and a safe for your valuables.
Located just 200 metres from the centre of Alcúdia, you will be close to supermarkets, restaurants and shops, with easy access to the bus station (900 m), the sandy beach of Alcúdia (2 km) and the Alcanada golf course (4 km). The area is quiet and safe, ideal for families with children. Please do not book for groups of young people under 30 years old, except for families with children.
Among the amenities are heating with heat pump, WiFi connection, multilingual satellite TV (Spanish, English and German), private swimming pool, hairdryer and covered parking in the same building.
The electric kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer, as well as all the necessary utensils for comfortable cooking.

-In order to respect the environment and to promote responsible use of resources, the cost of electricity is not included in the price of the accommodation. A fixed charge of 0.41€/kwh for electricity consumption will be applied, to be paid at the end of the stay.
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge this, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- A refundable deposit is charged.
