Ca'n Valero is a fantastic finca for 12 people, close to the city of Palma.



The accommodation does not accept groups of teenagers or young people under 30 years old. Except for families with children.



With extensive grounds with vegetation, garden, private parking and swimming pool, it also has an elevated position, which gives it privileged views of nature and the mountains.

7 km from the sandy beach Playa Arenal,

8 km from the airport of Palma PMI,

8 km from the water park Aqualand El Arenal,

8 km from the town of El Arenal,

18 km from Palma train station and is located in an ideal area for children.



The very spacious and bright living-dining room is a classic style with bookshelves lining the walls, a fireplace to warm up the atmosphere, Sat TV and free WiFi.



The modern kitchen has an island with ceramic hob and all the necessary appliances, including AC and heating. From here there is access to the barbecue house; an adjoining room with a built in barbecue, a large table, and stairs leading down to another games room where there is a pool table and games machines.



With 6 bedrooms in total, 2 of them are on the ground floor; both with a double bed, desk, and one with ensuite bathroom and access to the terrace.
