Welcome to Casa BENESTAR, a charming holiday property with a private pool, located in the exclusive urbanization of El Toro, in Puerto Adriano (Calvià), one of the most sought-after areas in the southwest of Mallorca.
Its excellent location allows you to enjoy a tranquil environment, with easy access to beaches, restaurants, the elegant marina of Port Adriano, and only a few minutes' drive from Palma. With capacity for 8 people, the house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, spread over a living area of 170 m² on a plot of almost 500 m².
Its practical and welcoming design makes it the perfect place for families or groups seeking comfort and privacy. The ground floor features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a comfortable living room, a dining room, and a fully equipped separate kitchen with a dishwasher.
The upper floor hosts the fourth bedroom, with two single beds and access to a sunny solarium terrace, ideal for relaxing or sunbathing. The exterior of the house is designed for maximum enjoyment: a private swimming pool with sun loungers and an umbrella, a well-kept front garden, and two terraces—one covered and one open-air—perfect for dining, reading, or simply relaxing.
Amenities include air conditioning in the living room and three of the bedrooms, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, outdoor parking space, and garden furniture.
Additionally, its gardens and floral areas add an aesthetic and natural touch that complements the tranquility of the surroundings.
BENESTAR is an ideal choice for those looking to disconnect without sacrificing comfort and proximity to all services. IMPORTANT: - All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed via instant messaging, outside the platform. - All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday accommodations must pay the tourist tax.

The villa is in a great location, close to the port, bars, shops and restaurants. The owner Sebastian was very helpful and accomodating. There is plenty of outdoor space to sunbathe or chill when the sun gets too hot.
