In total, there are two bathrooms with showers and an additional toilet, ensuring a high level of comfort. The bright living room on the ground floor is equipped with air conditioning, a cozy sofa, a TV area, and a dining space. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. Additionally, you have parking available within the urbanization. Within the private urbanization, there is a well-maintained communal swimming pool, perfect for relaxing without leaving the premises. ℹ️ Important Guest Information All additional payments and online check-in will be managed via instant messaging outside the platform. Guests over 16 years of age are required to pay the tourist tax. If it is not calculated through the booking platform, you will receive a separate message. Schöne und komfortable Unterkunft. Wegen Hanglage auf dem gepflegten Gelände viele Stufen. Zufahrt von Norden über eine steile Rampe. Toröffner ist in der Schlüsselbox am von der Einfahrt etwas entfernten Eingang (schlecht zu finden). Beschreibung könnte verbessert werden. Kommunikation mit Gastgeber/Vermieter mit Chat / Telefon auf Englisch.

Great property, very clean and fully equipped with wifi, dishwasher, washing machine and outdoor furniture etc. It was a shame that the weather was not very good, as this property and surroundings lends itself more to outdoor living.
