This charming holiday home in Son Serra de Marina is the perfect place for a holiday with family or friends, accommodating up to 10 guests.
The property features a spacious furnished terrace, including an outdoor shower, a gas barbecue, and a dining table, making it the ideal spot to enjoy the good weather and outdoor dining.
On the ground floor, you will find a large living-dining room divided into two areas, where you can relax in front of the television or connect to the internet thanks to the Wi-Fi available throughout the house.
The layout includes four double bedrooms, one of which has two single beds, while the other three each have a double bed.
All bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes for your convenience.
The fifth bedroom, ideal for children, has a bunk bed and access to a private balcony with sea views, making it the perfect place to rest after a day at the beach.
The house has three bathrooms: two with a bathtub and hairdryer, and one with a shower.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, dishes, a large refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, and microwave, providing everything you need to prepare your own meals.
The house's location is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet, as it is located just a few meters from the natural sandy beach of Son Serra de Marina, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the sea.
El Sol Sunshine bar restaurant is a relaxing place for lunch or dinner.
In the village, there is a small grocery store and good restaurants.
Further services such as petrol stations and supermarkets can be found in Can Picafort, a 10-minute drive away.

The amount is €2.2 per night per person during high season and €0.55 per night per person during low season.
