Nice traditional village house with small garden, Fully equipped for an unforgettable holiday in Mallorca. Located at a residential area in the countryside, 10 minutes from Palma (direct bus ) and very close to the University and the "Serra de Tramuntana". Free parking in front of the house.
IMPORTANT: Construction work is due to start in June on the plot next to the house.
The house has air conditioning and heating. It consists of 2 bedrooms one with air con, a spacious living room, equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet, a cozy sunny garden with porch & BBQ to enjoy meals outdoors. We will be at your disposal throughout the stay to answer questions and provide all the necessary information about emblematic places, traditional villages, customs and gastronomy of that beautiful place of the Balearic Islands 5 minutes from the lovely village of Son Sardina where your will find bars, pharmacy, bakery, supermarket and banks as well. Bus stop very close that will take you in 25 minutes to the center of Palma.
Citytax: will be charged at your arrival for 2 euros/person/day (younger than 16 years old free of charge).
From November to April: 0,50/person/day.
