Perfect for cooling off on sunny days, the pool is fenced for safety and surrounded by a spacious terrace equipped with 4 sun loungers and 2 umbrellas.
Adjacent to the pool, a cozy furnished porch invites you to enjoy the outdoors, featuring comfortable sofas, a dining area, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen.
For barbecue enthusiasts, the property offers one built-in barbecue and another portable one. Inside, the villa combines elegance and comfort in every corner.
Upon entering, the large living room boasts sofas, armchairs, a piano, and a cozy dining area.
The modern kitchen, fully equipped with appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, and induction hob, includes a practical adjoining dining room for sharing delicious family moments.
Additionally, the house features a library-style lounge with satellite TV and comfortable sofas, perfect for relaxing afternoons. The villa offers 5 bedrooms designed to ensure maximum comfort.
Three of them have double beds, and the other two have two single beds each, perfect for children or friends.

The amount is EUR 2.2 per night per person during high season and EUR 0.55 per night per person during low season.
During high season and from the ninth night onwards, this amount is halved.
