The villa has a private 8x4 metre pool surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers and a barbecue area, perfect for al fresco dining. A spacious terrace on the first floor offers breathtaking views over the rooftops of Cala Major. Inside, the bright living room is furnished with a sofa, satellite TV, air conditioning and access to the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine and toaster.

Located in Palma de Mallorca, just 400 metres from Cala Major beach, this spacious villa with private saltwater pool offers a perfect mix of city and beach holidays. With ample space for 7 people, the villa is ideally located between the city and the sea, making it a fantastic choice for relaxing and exploring. The trendy neighbourhood of Santa Catalina is 5.5 km away, where you will find markets, tapas bars and a vibrant nightlife. The Son Vida golf course is just 4 km away and Palma's city centre with its museums, galleries and cultural sites is not far from the villa.

There are four cosy bedrooms, including two doubles, one with two single beds and one with a single bed. Two bathrooms and two toilets offer plenty of comfort. Families with small children will appreciate the cot and high chair. Air conditioning is available in the living room and hallway. As restaurants, bars, shops and the beach are all within walking distance, a car is not necessary.

Please note: parties, events and pets are not permitted and youth groups under 20 years of age are not allowed. A tourist tax applies and ID verification is required for all guests over the age of 16.
