This charming villa at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains in Selva offers a peaceful and natural retreat for 2-6 guests. The property has a private 40 m² chlorine pool with a depth of 0.6 to 1.7 metres, a spacious terrace with sun loungers, garden chairs, a table tennis table and a parasol. Guests can also enjoy the outdoor dining area with a barbecue and a furnished veranda that gives access to the fully equipped eat-in kitchen. The villa has three bedrooms: one with a 1.35 metre wide double bed, one with a 1.5 metre wide double bed and one with two single beds.

The villa is located just outside Selva, a picturesque village known for its beautiful scenery and tranquillity, making it an ideal location for nature lovers. Selva offers a small grocery shop, excellent restaurants and a few bars for convenience. The area is perfect for hiking and cycling. There are several interesting places nearby such as the monastery of Lluc, the caves of Campanet and the village of Binissalem, known for its famous wineries. The town of Inca is only 10 minutes away by car and offers supermarkets, petrol stations and other services. The northern beaches, including Playa de Muro, Port de Pollença and Platja de Formentor, are within a 30-minute drive and offer easy access to coastal attractions.

In the villa, guests will find a cosy living room with comfortable sofas, a TV with satellite channels and air conditioning (at an additional cost). The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, dishwasher and kitchen utensils, making meal preparation easy and convenient.
