This fully equipped tourist flat in Cala Mesquida in the east of Mallorca offers the perfect base for a beach holiday with access to a communal pool. The flat is ideal for up to 4 guests and is just a short walk from the beautiful sandy cove of Cala Mesquida, where you can enjoy sun loungers, parasols and a beach bar during the season. In winter, the area is perfect for hiking and offers nearby excursions to the Llevant mountains. Other dream beaches, including Cala Torta and Cala Agulla, are within easy reach by car. Cala Ratjada, just 10 minutes away, offers a variety of supermarkets, restaurants and leisure activities. A car is recommended.

The spacious 60 m2 communal pool is the ideal place to cool off and enjoy the warm Mediterranean climate. With chlorinated water and a depth of 1 to 3.5 metres, it is suitable for both adults and children. The sun loungers around the pool provide a perfect place to relax after exploring the island.

Inside, the flat has a bright living-dining room with satellite TV and Wi-Fi for comfort and entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen offers ceramic hobs, a coffee machine and a filter coffee machine. Two double bedrooms, air conditioning and a private terrace with stunning views of the Mediterranean complete the experience. Other amenities include a washing machine, an iron and a cot/high chair on request. Please note that Ecotasa and ID registration are required.
