On the day of your arrival, the keys will be handed over and we will explain how to get to the flat and how it works, we will also tell you how to get around the city as well as recommendations of where to eat, leisure areas etc...

Guests are advised that the property reserves the right to charge a security deposit at check-in and we also offer a free luggage storage service Monday to Friday mornings (8:30-15:00) at our offices. Please note that this service is subject to availability and prior notice is required.

The flat is for the exclusive use of our guests, it is not shared with anyone else. The flat is equipped with a set of towels (2 per person) as well as gel and shampoo.

Our flat complies with all the legal requirements demanded by the authorities. It has a secure tourist licence and a 24-hour contact telephone number for any kind of incident. You will be asked for personal information (name, passport and usual address) before your arrival in order to be accredited and prepare the relevant contracts. On arrival you will have to pay the Tourist Tax.

Near Cala en Porter, in Menorca, you can enjoy the beach itself, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the crystal clear sea and its natural surroundings. A short distance away is the Cova d'en Xoroi, an impressive cave in a cliff, famous for its panoramic views and bar, perfect for watching the sunset. About 15 minutes' drive away, you will find Son Bou beach, the longest beach in Menorca, ideal for walking, sunbathing and enjoying the calm waters. You can also visit Punta Prima, about 10 minutes away, a quiet beach with restaurants and good views of the island of l'Albufera des Grau. Binibequer, a picturesque coastal village about 20 minutes drive away, is famous for its traditional Menorcan-style white houses and fishing port. If you fancy a panoramic view, a 30-minute drive away is Monte Toro, the highest point on the island, with spectacular views and a small monastery at the top. Finally, the Mahon Lighthouse, about 20 minutes' drive away, offers breathtaking views of Mahon harbour, one of the largest natural harbours in the world.
