This charming finca is the ideal retreat for those seeking tranquillity and connection with nature. Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, it features a beautifully manicured garden and an 8 x 4 metre saltwater swimming pool, surrounded by 4 sun loungers and a parasol, perfect for relaxing in the sun. The spacious terrace and the furnished porch invite you to enjoy outdoor meals, complemented by a barbecue for those who love outdoor cooking.



At the property live animals such as horses, chickens and goats, cared for by the owners, providing an authentic and unique experience in the countryside. The interior of the finca offers a cosy lounge with satellite TV, a dining area and a fully equipped independent kitchen, including an induction cooker, dishwasher and filter coffee machine.



For added comfort, the house has a cot and highchair available on request, as well as a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. The Wifi is ready for teleworking, and the air conditioning ensures a comfortable stay in all seasons.



The two bedrooms have double beds, one of them with direct access to the terrace, and are accompanied by two complete bathrooms: one with bathtub and the other with shower, both equipped with hairdryer.



In the heart of Mallorca, Sencelles is a charming rural village that captures the essence of Mallorcan life; known for its vineyards and wine cellars, where you can taste some of the best wines on the island. Sineu is nearby and is famous for its weekly market, one of the oldest and most authentic on the island. Every Wednesday the streets of the village are filled with stalls selling local produce, handicrafts and fresh food. About 10 minutes drive away is the town of Inca with many restaurants, supermarkets and petrol stations. The north coast is home to the most beautiful beaches of the island, such as Can Picafort, Puerto de Alcúdia or the natural beach of Son Serra de Marina. A car is necessary to get around.

The electricity consumption is to be paid separately at 0,28 Eur / kW and is to be paid on the day of departure.



The swimming pool is closed from 1 December to 28 February inclusive.



Parties or events are prohibited and the owner reserves the right to evict guests if they do not comply with this rule.



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid by each guest from 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night per person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night per person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa is payable at check-in.



Important: as required by law, we must ask for copies of the ID cards or passports of all guests over 16 years of age. This information is sent by email and each registration form will be signed on the day of arrival.



The deposit will be held via credit card and the client will have to provide their details via a secure payment link. It will be returned within 4 days after departure.
