This spacious and welcoming villa is the perfect place for large groups or families, accommodating up to 8 adults and 4 children, and located right in the heart of Cala Ratjada.
Its privileged location puts you just steps away from the promenade, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets, making everything you need easily accessible.
The villa offers a furnished terrace with garden views, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue, ideal for enjoying al fresco meals or moments of relaxation.
In the small room next to it, you'll find the washing machine, dryer, trash bins, cleaning supplies, the first-aid kit, iron, and ironing board.
The terrace provides access to the living-dining room with satellite TV and air conditioning.
Adjacent is the independent kitchen, fully equipped with an electric oven, toaster, filter coffee maker, Dolce Gusto machine, and all necessary utensils.
The ground-floor bedroom with a double bed (1.5 x 1.9 meters) also has access to this terrace.
Besides this bedroom, there is another with 2 single beds on the ground floor.
Both bedrooms have air conditioning, satellite TV, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, as well as a wardrobe.
For families with young children, a crib and high chair are available upon request.
Additionally, there is a small living room with air conditioning and a bathroom with a shower on the ground floor.
Stairs lead to the first floor, where the remaining four bedrooms are located.
