The ÀGUILA SUITES PENTHOUSE flat has been completely refurbished and all the furniture and appliances are new.
It is a duplex penthouse located on the fourth floor of the building to which you will have direct and private access from the lift.The property is distributed as follows: on the lower floor you will find 2 double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and another complete bathroom.On the upper floor, there is a spacious living-dining room with sofas, table and chairs for up to 6 people.
Large windows with impressive views of the city, the Serra and Bellver Castle, in the same open space is the kitchen, equipped with all the necessary utensils for your holiday: Nespresso, microwave oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, etc.;The terrace, with views of the old town of Palma and the sea, where you can enjoy beautiful breakfasts in the Mediterranean sun while you have the privilege of observing the ornamental upper part of the building, unique wrought iron elements that characterise the Àguila.The flat also has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, bath towels and Wi-Fi.Our building, L' Àguila was built by the well-known architect Gaspar Bennàssar in 1908, its structure consists of four floors, it is designed with the aim of achieving maximum use of space and good natural light in the interior spaces.
Its iron columns both inside and outside allowed the installation of large stained glass windows, we also highlight its balconies with incredible corrugated iron railings that give a great dynamism.
In 2018 we have carried out a total interior refurbishment and we have created 4 lodgings (one per floor) completely refurbished and equipped with the best possible materials for your comfort.The building is located in the Plaza del Marqués de Palmer, just next to the Plaza Mayor, in one of the most central areas of the city.
We can walk through the whole of the old part of the city.
The adjacent streets are full of possibilities, you will enjoy its churches, its small shops, its restaurants and cafes and the shops of the big brands.
Our location is strategic, the Plaza Mayor is 50 metres away, you will reach the Town Hall in two minutes and the distance to our wonderful Cathedral is 700 metres.Also perfectly situated to get to know the rest of the island, Plaza España, where you will find all possible bus or train connections, including the exit of the Sóller Railway, is 750 metres away.For your gastronomic shopping, walking 500 metres, you will enjoy the popular Mercat de l'Olivar, where you can buy all the food products you want.Our nearest beach is 1300 metres away but from the bus connection in Plaza España there are connections to the main beaches of the island.

Lage: Perfekt. Aber auch trubelig nachts. Und leider entstand im Haus und in der Wohnung immer ein unangenehmer Geruch, das Wetter war nicht zu heiß, sodass wir dauerhaft lüften konnten. Und der Fahrstuhl in der Wohnung macht natürlich auch Geräusche, wenn andere ihn benutzen. Ansonsten: sehr zu empfehlen
