Description of the accommodation

At the entrance to the house there is a cute little terrace with seating where you can either enjoy an aperitif before dinner or retreat to read a good book in peace. At the back of the house there is an enclosed courtyard divided into a sunbathing area and an outdoor shower, which cools you down on hot days, and a dining area in front of the brick barbecue. Here, outdoor meals and barbecues will be an unforgettable experience.

The approximately 250 m2 house is very spacious and bright and friendly. Immediately after the entrance there is a spacious air-conditioned living-dining area with a Mediterranean-style living room consisting of a sofa and various armchairs in a typical design, leading directly into the dining room area with a large dining table and six chairs. You can also enjoy a second separate living room with a fireplace and two comfortable sofas. Here you can enjoy a siesta, relax with a good book or simply unwind after a long day at the beach. The spacious kitchen has all the necessary utensils (including a ceramic hob) so that you can prepare the most delicious meals with your loved ones, which you can also eat right there at the table in the kitchen. A separate laundry room offers you a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Three bedrooms, one with a double bed, a second with a single bed and the third with two single beds, all of which have a fan for the hotter days, as well as two large bathrooms with showers round off the facilities in this house. A cot and high chair are available for the youngest guests.

Santanyi is a village in the south of the island just 5 kilometres from the sea and is therefore very popular with tourists. The nearby beautiful bays and partly unspoilt beaches are ideal for relaxing and unwinding. A must in this region is a visit to the Mondragó Nature Park, where you will be mesmerised by the indigenous animal species and unbeatable scenery. Please note: We cannot accept guests under the age of 25 unless they are travelling as a family. We require a copy of all travelling companions' IDs to accept the booking. Any additional charges must be requested from the provider. Pets are not allowed. Parties or similar events are not permitted.
