The spacious, covered terrace with its fantastic view of the bay is the ideal place to start the day with breakfast or to wind down with an evening glass of wine, letting your soul dangle. The apartment is on one level and therefore perfect for guests who wish to avoid stairs.

The bedroom has a double bed, and a sofa bed is available in the living area for two additional people (for a fee). Enjoy the advantages of this complex in close proximity: direct access to the sea for spontaneous refreshment and a communal pool with a restaurant and sea view are just a few minutes' walk away.

The infrastructure also includes two more restaurants and a well-stocked supermarket (closed during the winter months of November to March). The excellent accessibility continues in the surroundings: the sandy beaches of Paguera, the picturesque bay of Cala Fornells, and the lively town center with its shops and restaurants are easily accessible on foot.

Especially in the quiet winter months, the region shows its special charm – then the nearby nature trails invite you to relaxing hikes through the winter landscape of Mallorca. The price includes linen packages for 2 people.

For occupancy of 3-4 people or use of the sofa bed, 1 additional linen package per person is required (extra charge). The one-time service charge includes: Linen packages (maximum 2) for all bedrooms (towels, bed linen), final cleaning, check-in/check-out, on-site contact person, water, electricity, tourist tax. * For stays longer than 14 nights, an intermediate cleaning is required.

This costs 75 euros (3 hours) and will be charged automatically. * Arrival and departure on any day of the week are possible. * For check-in/check-out between 10 PM and 7 AM, as well as on December 24th (after 5 PM), December 31st (after 5 PM), and January 1st (before 11 AM), an additional fee of 50 euros will be charged. Payment terms: Deposit by bank transfer, remaining balance & security deposit in cash upon check-in.
