Description of the accommodation

The private freshwater pool, to the side of the building, is the absolute highlight of the property. It measures 12 x 6 metres and has a depth of 1 to 2 metres. The pool is fenced to protect the little ones. Right next to it is the marvellous barbecue area where you can prepare delicious meals. Around the house, you have a beautiful garden where you can relax, as well as several furnished terraces where you can rest and have a drink at sunset. The property is fenced and there are direct neighbours.

Inside, the house impresses with an art collection from different cultures and eras and high-quality furnishings in a classic style. The entrance area flows seamlessly into a living area where you can spend time together and perhaps listen to the sounds of the grand piano. There is a large dining room where you can watch TV and eat together; a large library with satellite TV and air conditioning; another dining room for up to 6 people and the impressive kitchen with induction hob, air conditioning and access to one of the terraces. The independent laundry room is equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. A bedroom with double bed and fan, 2 bathrooms with shower and one with bathtub complete the ground floor. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, 3 with air conditioning and a double bed each, 1 with two single beds and air conditioning. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with shower and there is another bathroom with shower and bath for all guests. We can provide a cot and high chair on request if you are travelling with your baby.

Lloseta is a beautiful village at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains. It is only a few kilometres from Inca, a small town in the centre of the island where you will find everything you need for your stay. On Thursdays there is a large weekly market with typical local products. The nearest beach, Playa de Muro, can be reached in just 30 minutes by car. Discover the beaches of Ses Casetes dels Capellans and Ca'n Picafort, the beaches of Puerto de Alcúdia and Puerto de Pollença are also nearby.

The wood-burning oven in the barbecue area cannot be used. Any additional costs must be requested from the provider. Pets are not allowed. Parties or similar events are not permitted. There is parking for 2 cars in the garage.
