The outdoor area of this two-storey house is undoubtedly our guests' favourite spot. You can relax in the private chlorine pool, which measures 3x3 metres and is a constant 1.50 metres deep. There is a barbecue on the terrace, perfect for preparing outdoor meals and enjoying unforgettable moments with family or friends.

The interior of the house is designed to maximise comfort. The induction kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils, ideal for preparing delicious meals. The bright living and dining area is equipped with a Smart TV and a fireplace, providing the perfect atmosphere for relaxing and enjoying pleasant evenings. There is also a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the same floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. On the first floor there are three further bedrooms, all with double beds and air conditioning. One of the bedrooms also has an en-suite bathroom with shower. A third bathroom with shower completes this floor. If you are travelling with a baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.

Port d'Andratx is one of the most exclusive and picturesque destinations on the island, ideal for those seeking luxury, nature and tranquillity. A stroll through the harbour is a must, where you can enjoy the maritime atmosphere while watching luxury yachts and traditional fishing boats. There are numerous bars, restaurants and boutiques in the area where you can savour the local cuisine, especially fresh seafood. For nature lovers, a visit to Sa Dragonera, a small protected island and nature park, is an excellent option for boat trips and wildlife spotting. If you prefer to lie on the beach, don't miss the nearby coves such as Cala Llamp or Cala Moragues, where you can enjoy the sun and sea in a more private setting. Any additional costs must be requested from the provider. Pets are not allowed. Parties or similar events are not permitted. There is outdoor parking for 2 cars.
