Description of the accommodation

The highlight of this beautiful village house is the chlorinated water pool measuring 7 x 3 metres in length and 1.2 to 2 metres deep. Ideal for refreshing yourself after a dip in the sun in the pool area or on the upper terrace on one of the 6 sun loungers and in the chill-out area. A barbecue is best prepared in the open air or in the glazed kitchen/barbecue area and then savoured on the terrace or in the furnished indoor patio.

The house is divided into 3 buildings: the large house, which is on the ground floor, and two flats, one on the first floor and accessible via the staircase next to the pool, and the other in an outbuilding of the property. In the large house you are welcomed by a rustic living-dining room with TV-SAT, DVD, CD player, air conditioning and wood-burning stove, followed by an adjoining room with 2 sofas. The kitchen with ceramic hob is located in the glazed area with barbecue. Then there are 2 bedrooms with wardrobe, one with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower and the other with a bunk bed. The rooms of this house offer ceiling fan and heating by electric wall radiators. In the flat there is a living room with TV-SAT and air conditioning, a cosy kitchen-dining room with ceramic hob, a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. Two guests can sleep on the 2 sofa beds in this living room. There are 2 cots and 2 high chairs. In the outbuilding there is a spacious living-dining room with air conditioning and Smart TV, a kitchen with ceramic hob with everything you need to cook. One room with double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning and fan. There is an extra bed in the loft of the living room. Finally, a bathroom with shower completes this area. Each building has its own laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board; in the large house it is located in the kitchen/barbecue area and in the flat in the hallway to the pool.

The property is located in the centre of Llubi, an absolutely authentic village with all services, bars, traditional restaurants and supermarket. The nearest beach, Ca'n Picafort, is 19 km away and the Pollenca Golf Club is 21 km away.

There is a private car park in front of the house for 1 car.
The garage can store up to 8 bicycles with self-repair service. Any additional costs must be requested from the provider. Pets are not allowed. Parties or similar events are not permitted. There is outdoor parking for 1 car.
