This modern flat is located on the first floor of a building without a lift. The living room has satellite TV and offers a perfect space to relax after a day of exploring. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and allows you to prepare your own meals, which you can enjoy at the dining table or on the balcony. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe and access to the balcony where you can enjoy the sea breeze. The bathroom is fully equipped with a revitalising shower. In addition, a washing machine is available and if you are travelling with a baby, you will find a cot and a high chair.

Cala Ratjada, located in the northeast of Mallorca, offers a variety of activities and sights. The beautiful Son Moll beach, just 60 metres from the flat, is perfect for sunbathing and swimming in crystal-clear waters. The marina is the starting point for boat trips and dolphin watching. The Capdepera lighthouse offers breathtaking panoramic views. In addition, the castle of Capdepera, a medieval fortress, offers a fascinating insight into the region's past. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy excellent nearby golf courses, while hikers can explore the Llevant nature reserve. Any additional costs must be requested from the provider. Pets are not allowed.
