Description of the accommodation

This impressive house is located in the centre of a residential area and is particularly impressive due to its fantastic outdoor area. The lush green tones of the garden surround the large chlorine water pool measuring 10 x 4 metres in length and 1.3 to 1.45 metres in width. The 8 sun loungers located right next to the pool provide further moments of relaxation. Fancy a delicious barbecue? Then take the opportunity to do so on the barbecue on the veranda; the ideal place to enjoy a pleasant meal or simply have a drink.

The house extends over two floors, with two mezzanines between these two floors. Upon entering, you will find a beautiful dining and living area with satellite TV, which is separated from the kitchen with ceramic hob by a partition. Behind the kitchen is a bathroom with shower, while the dining room leads to a second living room. The steps in the area between the dining room and this living room lead to the respective mezzanine floors above and below the ground floor. There are two bedrooms with bathrooms and bathtubs on each of these mezzanines, with the bathroom on the upper mezzanine being en suite. All four bedrooms are equipped with a wardrobe and two single beds each. The top and last floor offers a third living room, which is ideal for relaxing reading hours. From here you can access a covered terrace with an open corridor leading to a simple fitness room. The house also has a laundry room, which is equipped with a washing machine, ironing board and iron. Heating is provided by underfloor heating, while three fans provide refreshment in the summer months. If required, a baby cot and a high chair can be provided.

The property is located directly in the centre of Cala Bona, from where all services such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, buses, etc. are within easy walking distance. The family beach is just 350 metres away. The nearest golf course at Son Servera is 4.5 km away.

From June to September, arrivals and departures are only possible on Saturdays. Any additional costs must be requested from the provider. Pets are not allowed. Parties or similar events are not permitted.
