Description of the accommodation

The exterior of the house is very nice and has a 9 x 5 m chlorine pool with a depth of 1 m to 1.9 m , which is accompanied by 10 sun loungers and a fully equipped terrace with table and chairs and a great barbecue. If you want to enjoy a drink with views of the town and the mountains, there is another furnished terrace on the first floor. The property is fenced and there are direct neighbours

The 2-storey house offers a modern style with wonderful traditional details. The living-dining room is very cosy and offers a sofa, smart TV and air conditioning. The house has another living room with a sofa, an armchair and a TV (without TV-Sat). The kitchen, which is equipped with a ceramic hob, is separated from the living room by a large window and has everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes. In the inner courtyard you will find the laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. For resting, the house has 5 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other four, with two single beds, all with en-suite bathrooms with shower, except one with bathtub and air conditioning. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor and the rest are on the first floor. There is also a toilet on the ground floor. There is also a cot and a high chair available on request if you are travelling with your baby.

The town centre of Llubí is 150 m away and is one of the most beautiful places in Mallorca. It also offers the basic services for an independent stay. The beaches of Can Picafort, Puerto Alcúdia, Puerto Pollença, Cala San Vicente and Formentor with their white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters are only 20 minutes away by car. These beaches are ideal for children. You can also drive to the mountains and take in the fantastic routes for hiking or cycling in the Sierra de Tramuntana.

The stone building next to the house is closed.
There is space for 10 bicycles. (The bikes in the pictures are not available). Any additional costs must be requested from the provider. Pets are not allowed. Parties or similar events are not allowed. There is parking for 2 cars in the garage.
