Description of accommodation

After a day of shopping in the city or a stroll around the island, the best place to relax is in the outdoor area of this beautiful country house and cool off in the private chlorine pool, which measures 6.7 x 6.2 metres and is between 1.6 and 1.8 metres deep. The sun loungers by the pool invite you to sunbathe and the pergola in the garden is the ideal place to enjoy a delicious barbecue in the evening. Outside the house there is also an outdoor bathroom with shower.

The two-storey house impresses with its simple, classic style. On the ground floor is the living-dining room with TV and the spacious kitchen. It is equipped with a gas hob and all the necessary utensils. Also on the ground floor you will find 2 bedrooms (one with two single beds and the other with a double bed). There are also two bathrooms with shower, one of which is en-suite. On the first floor is another living room and the remaining 4 bedrooms, all with a double bed, except the last one which has a pull-out bed. On this floor there are two more bathrooms with shower, one of which is an en-suite bathroom. The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, air conditioning in all rooms as well as 2 cots and 2 high chairs (on request).

This beautiful country house is located on the outskirts of Palma, in the residential area of Son Sardina, where you will find all the necessary services for your stay such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants. You can enjoy the cultural and summer offer of the city of Palma, which you can reach by public transport, as there are bus stops nearby. Visit the Son Vida Golf Club to spend a different day playing your favourite sport. The nearest beach is Can Pere Antoni.

Fireplaces cannot be used are purely decorative. Any additional costs must be requested from the provider. Pets are not allowed. Parties or similar events are not permitted. There is outdoor parking for 5 cars.

Tourist licence: ETV/10947The Ecotasa (tourist tax of the Balearic Islands) must be paid in cash on arrival. The amount to be paid is between 0.55€ per night and guest in the low season and 2.2€ per night and guest in the high season. From the 9th day the tax is reduced by half. Persons under 16 years of age are exempt.
