Accommodation description
How about cooling off in the private 7 x 4 m pool before firing up the barbecue and enjoying a meal together? The private pool has a water depth of 1 - 2 metres and is kept clean with chlorine. There is plenty of space on the veranda for eating and up to 4 sun loungers for lazing around afterwards. In the warm evening hours, the furnished terrace is a great place to relax. There is plenty of space to play and run around in the large garden. And if you want to entertain yourself and exercise, there is even some fitness equipment! The property is fenced and you have direct neighbours.
There is a living - dining area with 1 fan. Everyone will find their favourite spot at the large dining table. Here you can gather for meals together, to watch TV (Sat TV) or to laze around. In the large kitchen you can cook on a gas hob and have all the necessary appliances and utensils. The washing machine, ironing board and iron are also located here. There are 3 bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 spacious bedrooms each with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. One bedroom has an en suite shower room. A further bathroom with bathtub is accessible to all residents. There is a WC in the outdoor area. A baby cot and high chair can be provided on request. In winter, central heating is available.
The residential area of Plamanyola is located between the Tramuntana mountains and the island's capital, Palma de Mallorca. This makes the house the ideal starting point for hiking or cycling tours, excursions to the picturesque mountain villages of Valledemossa, Deia or Sóller and for cultural visits and entertainment excursions in Palma. Palma is famous for its cathedral "La Seu" and Bellver Castle. However, the city has much more to offer in terms of art, architecture and culture. The best way to explore Palma is with a stroll through the old town. The beaches of Playa de Palma and Can Pastilla are just as easy to reach as the small bays of Sant Elm, Cala Estellencs and the Cala of Deià.
The first floor of the house is rented and has a separate, independent entrance. Any additional costs must be requested from the provider. Pets are welcome. Parties or similar events are not permitted. There is outdoor parking for 2 cars.
