Description of accommodation

From the roof terrace of this impressive four-storey house in the lively historic town centre, you can enjoy a wonderful breakfast, read an interesting book in the hammocks or have a good glass of wine in the evening while admiring the mountain range and the charming village. On the same level as the common areas, there is another, more intimate interior terrace, perfect for enjoying an aperitif in a cosy atmosphere.

This terrace is located on the 1st floor of this large house, and it is precisely there that the entire distribution begins, as the first floor remains closed. Thus, this corner is open to a large kitchen through large sliding windows to make the place more functional. In it you can cook delicious dishes on a gas hob, but also have an oven, microwave, coffee maker and much more. Then we have a large and quiet living-dining room, with TV-Sat and radiator, for your moments of relaxation or family conversations, as well as a bathroom with shower. On the second floor are the bedrooms, all with wardrobes. Two of them also have a radiator. There is a bathroom with a bathtub on this floor. One of the bedrooms has two single beds, another has a double bed and the third has a single bed, so you can choose how you want to sleep most comfortably. There is a cot and a high chair as well as two fans and a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

As this is a townhouse, you will enjoy the benefits of a family-friendly village with all the necessary amenities nearby, including supermarkets, pharmacies, bars and restaurants. There are several golf courses in the area, with the nearest one in Capdepera just 5.4 km away. The nearest beach is Cala Moll in Cala Ratjada. However, we strongly recommend driving along the coast to explore other stunning places on the island.
