Description of the accommodation

In the inner courtyard with adjoining garden, an enormous freshwater pool measuring 10 x 3m and a constant depth of 1.60m impresses, it is cleaned with chlorine. Perfect for a sporty start to the day before setting the table on the veranda for a hearty breakfast. Nothing stands in the way of a barbecue either, a mobile barbecue is available. There are six sun loungers, a small lawn for playing and an outdoor WC (accessible via the terrace). As the house is located in the village, it has direct neighbours.

Through the terrace you enter the air-conditioned living-dining room with Smart TV, where you can spend relaxing evenings or cook one of your favourite dishes in the open kitchen with induction cooker and all the necessary utensils. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is also a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and guest WC. On the first floor there is another living room with cosy sofas where you can relax or read. Four further bedrooms are located on this floor. Two of the rooms each have a double bed and two are furnished with a single bed. A complete bathroom with shower on this floor is used by all residents. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair on request.

Algaida is a very welcoming inland village based on traditional customs. Here you will find all the main services such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. In addition, it has the advantage of being close to transport routes that allow you to reach any point on the island. The closest beach is Arenal beach, but due to its central location on the island, you can reach many beaches in all directions. The capital of the island, Palma, is only 25 minutes away by car.

The fireplace cannot be used. Any additional costs must be requested from the provider. Pets are not allowed. Parties or similar events are not permitted. There is parking for 2 cars in the garage.
