Description of the accommodation

The fascinating panoramic view from the furnished terrace even extends to the mystical castle of Capdepera and you can enjoy it at breakfast! Relaxing on the comfortable garden sofas turns every moment into an unforgettable one. The lights of the village transform the terrace into the perfect setting for a barbecue with friends and family. On very warm summer days, the 10 x 5 metre freshwater pool provides the much-desired cooling. It has a water depth of 1.50 - 2m and is kept clean with chlorine. The basement of the finca is occupied by the caretakers, who ensure that you want for nothing.

Inside the house, a skilful mix of old and new furniture with neutral colours and decorative art will surprise you. The cosy living room invites you to relax, read or watch TV (Sat TV). Both the dining room and the kitchen, with induction hob, are located in separate rooms. From the kitchen, with all the necessary utensils and a dining area for 4 people, you can access the terrace. There is a washing machine, ironing board and iron. The total of 5 bedrooms, all with wardrobes, 3 of them air-conditioned and 4 bathrooms are spread over 2 floors. On the lower floor there is 1 shower room and 2 bedrooms, 1 with 2 single beds, the other with 1 double bed and en suite shower room. The 3 bedrooms on the upper floor have 2 single beds. A bathroom with shower and bath and a further bathroom with shower complete the upper floor. A baby cot and high chair can be provided on request. In winter, the house can be heated with central heating.

The village of Capdepera has medieval origins and a well-preserved castle from this period where markets and other events take place every year. It is an interesting village with a lot of history and culture, perfect for a holiday in Mallorca where you can get to know the country and its people. All the essential services for an independent holiday are offered, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, supermarket, etc. The beach of Son Moll is about 3 km away and golfers can play their favourite sport on the golf course 3.6 km away.

The garage offers a parking space for up to 10 bicycles. Any additional costs must be requested from the provider. Pets are not allowed. Parties or similar events are not permitted. There is outdoor parking for 3 cars.

Tourist licence: ETV/8184The Ecotasa (tourist tax of the Balearic Islands) must be paid in cash on arrival. The amount to be paid is between 0.55€ per night and guest in the low season and 2.2€ per night and guest in the high season. From the 9th day the tax is reduced by half. Persons under the age of 16 are exempt from this.

The deposit must be handed over directly to the owner upon arrival.

Reservations for groups or companies of persons under 20 years of age are not permitted
