Description of the accommodation

In the fully furnished patio, you can start the day with a hearty breakfast or round off the day with a nice barbecue with friends and family. The terrace on the first floor is equipped with 2 sun loungers and there are 2 more loungers on the roof terrace.

The rooms are spread over 323 m2 and three living levels. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a shower with massage jets. The other two bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub are located on the first floor; one with a double bed and air conditioning and the other with a single bed. A baby cot and high chair can be provided on request.

In the cosy living/dining area, you can make yourself comfortable on the sofa, watch a film on the satellite TV or start a good book in the reading chair. The open-plan kitchen has an induction hob and basic equipment, as well as another table and chairs. There is also a washing machine and an iron/ironing board.

Portocristo is known for its fine sandy beach as well as its wide range of restaurants and leisure activities. Just a few kilometres away are the villages of Son Servera and Capdepera with their medieval flair. Children will love the safari park and the playgrounds in the area. Golfers will find 5 golf courses within a 20 kilometre radius: Son Servera, Pula, Canyamel, Capdepera and Rotana. There are also tennis and paddle courts in the area. If you like hiking or cycling, we recommend a visit to the lighthouse in Cala Ratjada or the chapel in Artà. Also worth a visit are the stalactite caves "Coves del Drach", which were formed by the sea water. These caves not only surprise visitors with their bizarre rock formations, but also with an underground lake (Llac Martel), on the banks of which classical music concerts are regularly held. The 115 metre long and 30 metre wide lake can also be discovered by boat. You can also discover the entire east coast by boat. Any additional costs must be requested from the provider. Pets are not allowed. Parties or similar events are not permitted. There is parking for 1 car in the garage.
