Description of the accommodation

The outdoor area of this wonderful property consists of two spacious terraces with sun loungers and an outdoor dining area, where you can relax in the sun or enjoy meals in the company of your loved ones. You can also prepare your favourite dishes on the ground floor terrace thanks to the barbecue. The house is located in a village and has direct neighbours.

The interior of the house is ideal for 3 families who want to spend their holidays together while maintaining their privacy. Each floor of the house is a flat with its own living room, kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom. On the ground floor you will find a living - dining area with air conditioning and smart TV, a fully independent kitchen with ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. This floor has two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a double bed, one of which also has an en-suite bathroom with shower. A further bathroom with shower is also located on this floor. The staircase leads to the two upper floors. On the first floor there is another air-conditioned living-dining room, a second fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms, each with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. Finally, on the top floor you come to a living-dining room open to the kitchen with all amenities. From here you have direct access to the upper terrace. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. You can use the washing machine, iron and ironing board provided. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair on request.

For hiking enthusiasts, Caimari is the perfect starting point to explore the mountains, as several hiking trails start from the village and lead through forests and breathtaking landscapes. The village is known for its olive oil production and every year the traditional olive oil festival takes place, offering tastings of all types of olive oil as well as typical dishes of the local gastronomy. Any additional costs must be requested from the provider. Pets are not allowed. Parties or similar events are not permitted.
