Description of the accommodation

The well-kept garden of this beautiful house helps you to really switch off and enjoy the peace and quiet and country life. In the morning you can listen to the birds singing and enjoy breakfast on the furnished terrace. The private saltwater pool measures 4.8 x 2.45 metres and is between 1.2 and 1.6 metres deep, just right for cooling off while admiring the landscape. 4 sun loungers tempt you to do nothing and in the evening there are barbecued delicacies with friends and family. There are no direct neighbours.

The Mallorcan-style house has 2 floors. You are welcomed by a spacious living-dining room with TV, air conditioning and fireplace. Then you enter the kitchen, which is equipped with a gas hob, oven and much more. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with wardrobe and air conditioning, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and space for a cot. There are two bathrooms in the house, one is outside and has a shower and the other is on the first floor and has a bathtub. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

This great finca is approx. 1.7 km from the small town of Inca. Here you will find a large selection of all important services such as bars, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, bank, etc., which you need for your holiday on your own. Of course you should not miss the weekly market, always on Thursdays. It is one of the largest on the island and, in addition to fruit and vegetables from the region, shoes, clothing and all kinds of other items are also on sale. We recommend visiting the Puig de Santa Magdalena and the monastery of Lluch. The nearest beach is in the bay of Alcúdia, about 27 kilometres away. The accommodation can be reached via a narrow, unpaved road. Any additional costs must be requested from the provider. Pets are welcome. Parties or similar events are not permitted. There is outdoor parking for 2 cars.
