Description of accommodation

The chalet overlooks the private 6 x 4 metre pool, which provides pleasant cooling on hot summer days. The 1 - 2 metre pool is kept clean with chlorine and is fenced off for the safety of the children. The pool terrace is surrounded by four sun loungers, perfect for relaxing. If you prefer the shade, you can put up a parasol, listen to some music or take the obligatory Spanish siesta. You can use the outdoor shower before and after swimming. On the terraces, you can get in the mood for the evening with a glass of wine and tapas. If you want to stay in, there is a brick barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals in the open air.

The house is spread over two floors. From the pool terrace you enter a large living-dining room with satellite TV, wood-burning cooker, large windows that offer a view of the pool and at the same time an unobstructed view of the kitchen. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with a gas and ceramic hob, an oven and all the utensils and appliances you need to create delicious dishes. On this level there is a toilet and a bathroom with a shower, and upstairs there is another with a shower and bath. The four bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The first two bedrooms have a double bed and direct access to a balcony. The third bedroom has a folding bed and the last has two single beds, a bathroom with shower and direct access to a balcony. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. A cot and a high chair are available free of charge. If you are travelling with several children, we can provide up to 3 cots and 3 high chairs for an extra charge. A washing machine, ironing board and iron are available in the laundry room.

The chalet is located in a quiet part of Cala Millor, 550 metres from the fine sandy beach. There are numerous beaches to visit in the surrounding area, including Cala Moll and Canyamel. In the village of Son Servera, you can get to know an authentic side of Mallorca, stroll through the narrow streets and sample our Mallorcan cuisine in one of the restaurants. Son Servera is well known to many visitors because of its golf course. There are two stalactite caves near Portocristo: the Coves del Drach and Coves dels Hams - both are highly recommended.

A change of towels and bed linen during your stay is included. Any additional costs must be requested from the provider. Pets are not allowed. Parties or similar events are not permitted.
