Description of the accommodation

The impressive village house has 3 floors and there is 1 terrace on each floor. On the ground floor, the small patio has a private pool measuring 3 x 1.5 metres. It is cleaned with chlorine and has a water depth of 1.2 metres. The terrace on the first floor is furnished with a garden sofa and tempts you to end the evening cosily with a cool drink or to prepare dinner on the mobile barbecue. On the roof terrace, you will find 2 sun loungers to soak up the sun, read a book or chat in good company.

You enter the house and find yourself in the dining room with adjoining kitchen, where you can cook on a ceramic hob and have all the important appliances and utensils at your disposal. On the same floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a shower room. The staircase leads to the living room with a comfortable sofa for relaxing or watching TV, satellite reception is available. 2 further bedrooms, one with 2 single beds, the other with a double bed and en-suite shower room are on the first floor. Here too there is a further shower room for all residents. On the upper floor is the 4th bedroom with a double bed. 3 of the bedrooms each have a wardrobe, one has a dressing room. A baby cot and high chair can be provided on request. Of course there is also a washing machine, ironing board and iron. The house is fully air-conditioned and can be heated with the air conditioning in winter.

Santanyí is a tranquil village near the coast with all the essential services such as supermarket, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. that you need for an independent holiday. The coast in this region will delight you with its deep blue water. Cala Santanyí is approx. 3.8 km from the house and is perfect for a relaxing day at the beach. You can also visit Cala Llombards or Caló des Moro. Golfers can look forward to a game on the Vall d'Or golf course in S'Horta, which is approx. 14 km away. Any additional costs must be requested from the provider. Pets are not allowed. Parties or similar events are not permitted.
