Description of the accommodation

You can start the day with a swim in the 6 x 4 metre pool. The depth is between 0.8 and 1.8 metres and the water is kept clean with chlorine. All around, you can make yourself comfortable on the pool terrace, sunbathe on one of the 10 loungers or drink a cool beer on the veranda. A parasol provides shade when you've had enough of the sun. In addition to a rattan sofa, the veranda is also equipped with benches and a garden table, so that nothing stands in the way of a delicious barbecue with friends. An outdoor bathroom with shower is particularly practical. As the house is located in the village, there are direct neighbours.

The interior of the two-storey holiday home impresses with clear colours and a rustic, elegant touch. On the ground floor, you can make yourself comfortable in the living/dining room, chat or watch a film on satellite TV. The open-plan kitchen is immediately taken over by all the chefs in the family. Here you can cook in a cosy atmosphere and find, among other things, an induction hob and an oven. The living area is equipped with air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. There is also a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Five bedrooms are perfect for unwinding. All of them are conveniently equipped with a wardrobe and air conditioning. Three bedrooms with double beds and a shower room are located on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower room and one with two single beds. A further, separate bathroom with shower can also be found upstairs.

The authentic mini-village of Randa has retained its charm over the years and is located in the Pla de Mallorca. The island's capital can be reached in 20 minutes by car, where you will find numerous restaurants, leisure and shopping facilities. Hikers can climb the Puig de Randa and enjoy the marvellous view of the fields and the surrounding area. With a hire car you are well equipped to visit many beautiful beaches, e.g. Can Pastilla, Cala Pi, Es Trenc or Cala S'Almonia. Please note: We cannot accept guests under the age of 27 unless they are staying as a family. We require a copy of the identity cards of all fellow travellers in order to accept the booking. Any additional costs must be requested from the provider. Pets are not allowed. Parties or similar events are not permitted.
