A grand and elegant villa in Crestaix, close to Pollença and the sea.
Aguait has a lovely garden with beautiful views of the Pollença hills. The property is very modern and finished beautifully, built with local materials such as a natural stone façade, wooden beams and sandstone pillars, is surrounded by a charming mediteranean style garden. It's in a peaceful upmarket residential area, with a gated driveway, only 6 minutes by car from Pollenca Old Town and just 15 minutes from the sea at Puerto Pollença. It is perfect for families or groups of friends and is bound to meet your high expectations.
It will provide a great base for a relaxing holiday and is conveniently located. The rooms are very spacious with stylish furniture and a great use of natural materials like stone and wood.
On the ground floor there's a lounge-diner with a lovely archway and a Smart high-spec kitchen with double doors onto a covered terrace.
There's also an en-suite twin bedroom on this floor, a shower bathroom and a WC-cloakroom. Three more gorgeous en-suite bedrooms are on the first floor - one twin and two doubles - the master double with a Jacuzzi, but all with pretty views over the garden to the hills around. Ein sehr tolles Haus in einer ruhigen Lage (Sackgasse) mit einem super gepflegten Garten. Von der schönen Terrasse (Gartentisch mit Stühlen und zusätzlich Sofa-Sitzecke) hat man einen schönen Blick auf den Pool. Rundum ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub.

Wonderful house, exactly as shown on the photos. Lots of privacy, very quiet neighbourhood. The outdoor area is well thought through, also offers areas in the shade. The pool is just great. Communication with the owners is easy and fast. Good starting point for exploring beaches, towns and the mountains.
