Enjoy the peace and quiet, knowing that the best restaurants and bars are just around the corner. The house has three bedrooms, two with a double bed, one of which has a desk, and one master bedroom with access to the roof terrace.
There is one main bathroom, a walk-in shower in the master bedroom and a downstairs toilet. There is an open-plan kitchen/living/dining area with dining table, chairs and 4 armchairs in the sitting area. The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave, washing machine, a Nespresso coffee machine and milk foamer, and is well equipped for cooking at home. The kitchen was completely renovated in 2021, the the downstairs toilet was renovated in March 2023. Free internet access. The terrace is fully equipped with 2 sunbeds, sun umbrella, table and 4 chairs and a Weber electric BBQ, and has a great view of the town and the countryside. We of course have a rental licence

Lovely location in the heart of the old town of Pollenca - ideal to explore all of Mallorca. The apartment comes with a fully equiped kitchen to try your hand at local recipes.The deck is a great place to read a book and enjoy the sun and stars.

Had a lovely week in Pollenca. Property exactly as advertised and roof terrace is a real plus. We ate out all week but if you want to eat in then the kitchen is well equipped. Would recommend
