The interior of the house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room. The exteriors are defined with terraces, spacious garden and pool with spectacular sea and cliff. Cala Pi is a protected resort on the south coast of Mallorca.
Situated in a picturesque cove out in the region of Llucmajor, Cala Pi is an excellent destination if you're looking to enjoy a relaxing family vacation or a romantic getaway on the island of Mallorca. With unspoiled nature and surrounded by a rugged coastal landscape. ETV/10694 VILLA HELIOS Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00. € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00. € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request. THE COLLECTION OF KEYS WILL BE CARRIED OUT AT ANY TIME (FLIGHT DELAYS, DELAYS IN THE COLLECTION OF THE RENTAL CAR, ETC) BUT THE ARRIVAL WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON FLIGHTS THAT LAND IN PALMA AFTER 9:00 PM. A deposit is required to secure booking.
Refundable security deposit is required. The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.
Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20€ /night. 'NO SERVICES ARE PROVIDED'. In case you have a HOTMAIL account and after 12 hours you do not have received any answer, please check your SPAM-file. Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules. The “ECOTASA” (tourist tax) has to be paid in CASH on check in day.

Die Villa ist alt, doch ziemlich gut ausgestattet. Die Ausstattung is allerdings ziemlich veraltet. Sie hat leider einen modrigen Geruch.
Der Kühlschrank scheint sehr neu und funktioniert tadellos.
Die Betten sind nicht sehr bequem, zumal die Matratze im Hauptschlafzimmer.

Great cozy, old Mallorcan house with a nice pool. Beautiful view, very quiet area . I recommend this host , all was smooth and you can really rest at this place.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, besonders natürlich der Pool und die Aussicht. Schade war, dass die Bäder und Toiletten sehr schlecht oder gar nicht geputzt waren, unangenehm.
