Close to a water park, sailing, and more, this family-friendly villa brings it all within reach.

Cala Poncet is within an easy 5-minute walk and Platja d'Alcanada is also a quick 5-minute walk away, so leave your car at the property, which offers covered onsite parking. After you return to this 2691-sq-ft villa, you can unwind at the beach (enjoy the sun loungers!), chill by the private pool, or sip a drink in the garden; you may also like the deck or patio.

As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi, cable/satellite TV, stereo, and DVD player. As you settle into this 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom rental, you'll find a dining area, a BBQ grill, a safe, and air conditioning.

Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and toilet paper.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a lobster pot. And because there's access to laundry facilities, you can go a bit lighter on your packing.

Maria was easy to contact and very accommodating.A nice, spacious villa in a quiet area yet within strolling distance of the coast. We checked in on 30/03/26 and the weather was quite cool for our stay.We found only enough hot water for 3 showers at a time but phasing of use worked.A spacious villa for 8 persons

The villa was well equipped for cooking, beds were comfortable. Everywhere was clean. We enjoyed the pool and the added toys for the 3 year old in our party. A lovely nearby restaurant. And bus stop in a 5 minute walk.
