Wonderful family villa in a residential area surrounded with a beautiful garden, private pool+ jaccuzzi and barbecue. The house has in the first floor a romantic living-room with fire-place, a cosy kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one in suite. There are 6 air conditioning (cool and heat) . Upstairs there is a double bedroom, a bathroom, and the possibility of extra beds for kids. In the ground floor you got a jacuzzi, a laundry room and bathroom with shower.
The electricity is extra . You must pay the electricity consumed during your stay . The price is 0.33 euro/kw.

You wake up and forget for a moment that you are not at home. The sunshine sneaking through the windows reminds you that you are in Mallorca.

Coffee is getting ready while you decide whether going for a swim in your private pool or in a trip to the beach only 10 minutes away by car. Silence surprise you, is it too quiet?
