The villa is on two floors. In the ground floor there is a well furnished kitchen with adjacent dining and lounge area, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with exit on to terrace, and a bathroom. The kitchen has a glass door leading to a covered terrace equipped with table and chairs to be able to enjoy a good outdoor food.The swimming pool is exclusively for guests. The house is close all the amenities of Cala D’Or and there is a bus stop at 100 meters so a car is not really necessary.
Coast/Beach:
The nearest beaches are Cala Petita and Cala Gran at about 5 minutes walking. The beach of the natural park of Cala Mondragó is at about 10 minutes driving although there is a bus to go there.
Travel:
Palma airport is at 60 km. Use of car is not essential although is recommended to visit the island.
Further Details:
There is a little supermarket at 100m and a larger one at 600m from the property. Cala D’Or Marina is about 2 minute walk and Cala D’Or centre, with shops, restaurants and music bars, is at 2 minutes walk.

Der Kontakt zum Vermieter hat sehr gut geklappt, das Haus und der Pool sind sehr schön. Bei der Anreise Obst, Gemüse, Wasser und Milch. Sogar Blumen waren in einer Vase. Vielen Dank Maria.

Fabulous property in a wonderful location. 5 minutes walk to both Town and Marina. Very spacious with a magnificent outdoor area including pool and terrace. Maria on hand if you need anything. Excellent host. We will be back. Thank you Maria.

On arrival Maria was so welcoming , explained everything regarding the villa etc…… villa was beautiful & so clean , everything we needed was available to us within the villa…very central to the centre & the marina… we’d definitely book this again! No complaints at all….. thanks again Maria
