On the main floor you'll enjoy a bright entrance hall, kitchen with dining area fitted kitchen and access to the furnished terrace for al fresco dining. A split level Living room with sofa and TV, from which you can also access the pool. Dining area
Also on the same floor there is a double bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with bath, living room with spectacular beach views of Cala Mesquida and access to the porch. The first floor comprises two double bedrooms, both with double bed, bathroom and access to the terrace. One with TV. Outside 2m x 25m2 pool surrounded by sun terrace with 8 beds and a shower room. Terrace with garden furniture. Portable barbecue.
This beautiful house is equipped with fireplace and airconditioning, equipped with internet access, 3 TVs. Cala Mesquida beach is about 300 meters.
The price does include 300kw electricity costs. The counter will be read on check in day and check out day. Extra electricity consumption will be charged with 0.30€/kw

A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.
The price includes water and 300kw electricity costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.
'NO SERVICES ARE PROVIDED'.

Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.
The “ECOTASA” (Balearic tourist tax) has to be paid in CASH on check in day.
It is UTMOST IMPORTANT to fill up the guest information. According to Organic Law 4/2015, it is obliged to identify all travelers and to draw up a Traveler Record Book.
A cleaning fee of €50 will be charged in case of bringing pets

As mentioned in other reviews, the pictures don't do the house justice: it's really spacious and perfectly located. The swimming pool is great. Huge king bed in the master bedroom. 10-12 min walk to the beach. Two small supermarkets for food and drinks (or a 10 min drive to a large one). Several hikes starting from the resort, including to other beaches. We had a great week!
