The property covers 170 square meters, and is distributed in living room with table and chairs for 8 people, 4 bedrooms (two single beds and two with double beds) and 2 baby crib, 3 bathrooms with tubs and / or showers. equipped kitchen with appliances and basic utensils and 3 high chairs for babies.
Private garden with swimming pool and a terrace of 120 square meters. 6 chairs for relaxing and sunbathing. Also a barbecue and table and chairs for 8 people.

The nearest supermarket and pharmacy is about 3 kilometers, and the restaurant open in summer is about 150 meters. Das Haus bietet viel Platz für 6-7 Personen. Man hat auch mal einen Rückzugsort für sich. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß und bietet reichlich Platz. Es gibt genügend Sonnenliegen und Tische und Stühle. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen hat dadurch aber auch seinen eigenen Charme. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt.
