Perfect for family or friends, it offers a complete holiday mixing countryside relaxation and cultural exploration. The house features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a swimming pool, garden, free WiFi, and a barbecue. Located in central Mallorca, it is the ideal starting point to discover the whole island. Cot and high chair included; extra sets 5€/night. Towels and bed linen included. Kitchen and bathroom basics not provided.
The village of Petra is 5 km away. An interesting cultural excursion where you can visit the church of San Pere, the Franciscan convent, the museum of Fray Junípero Serra, the Miquel Oliver wine cellars, etc. A simple stroll through its beautiful streets is worthwhile.
About 8 km away is the Puig de Bonany, a mountain of about 320 metres high where you can visit the Sanctuary of the Mare de Deu de Bonany and enjoy incredible panoramic views.
Not far away is the horse riding centre Naturacavall. An unforgettable experience on horseback.
12 km away you can visit the wine cellars of Finca Son Sureda. Discover the traditional way of making wine in this small family winery.

No security deposit is required; however, you have the option to purchase coverage for potential property damage. If you choose not to, Airbnb mediation will apply in case of any damage.

Zu unserer Zufriedenheit vorgefunden. Objekt ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber um zu entspannen genau richtig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut zu erreichen (8min mit dem Auto), fahrbarer Untersatz notwendig.Mit der Agentur 3Villas war die Kommunikation sehr gut.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mitten auf dem Land. Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für 5 Personen. Das Grundstück ist riesig und ohne Nachbarn. Allerdings hatten wir im Oktober durch die umliegende Landwirtschaft etwas Landluft (was uns nicht gestört hat) und leider dadurch auch aufdringliche Fliegen auf ...

Lovely villa with plenty of space, would benefit from air conditioning as we visit on a particularly hot week, we hired a car and only 25 mins to a beach or town. Would also recommend providing an oven glove and tea towels for the kitchen, everything else was excellentSupply of cold refreshments on arrival
